The Course
The Incite® Teams course is a 3 day outdoor experiential team development course for between 12-15 people. Heading south on the Grand Union Canal in England you will have fun as a team as well as understand the building blocks of high performance teams. At every step of the 3 days we will push you and your team to meet the course objectives – leaving no one behind.
From its inception, the course was designed to be as inclusive as possible. Over the 20 years the course has run, regardless of age or gender, people with a wide range of abilities have been able to participate fully. Course Objectives:
- To learn how to do things (Simpler...Faster...Better) through teamwork, as the key to beating the competition;
- To apply this learning directly to an appropriate business problem and produce an end of course solution;
- To generate awareness of strengths and weaknesses as individuals in a team situation;
- To build on this self awareness to improve individual and group teamworking skills;
- To build individual and collective morale, team spirit and trust;
- To break down barriers;
- To have fun!

- Individual feedback booklets chronicling the learning process over the 3 days
- Group and individual understanding of team working principles
- Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI®) feedback on individual basis
- Team SDI® analysis and output
- Team Action Plan from completion of the Business Challenge
- Course questionnaires illustrating both individual feedback of the event and overall team totals
