Performance Based Culture

Organisational Performance

At the end of the day performance is paramount – being better than the rest and different from most of them. So often in the competitive world the product offerings are very similar: it is the service delivery which is the point of difference.

At Incite™ we examine the culture from many aspects and put in place with client support ways of taking the culture forward, mapping it and creating processes to enrich the organisation over time. We look at ‘interdependencies' and analyse the effectiveness of these from several aspects. So often the opportunities are at the joins in the organisation chart and that is where the gaps in performance appear. Functional and departmental turf wars often create gaps which the shrewd competitors can exploit. These gaps not only need to be exposed but initiatives taken to close them and strengthen the interdependencies.

Strength Deployment Inventory®

In a climate increasingly dominated by corporate change, is employee satisfaction a fictitious concept that exists only to be the envy of others less fortunate?   Can the tensions of corporate change and employee fulfilment really co-exist?

The effectiveness of team and individual relationships formed in the workplace is an integral part of the success of the organisation. Therefore, the more we understand about our colleagues and their individual motivations the better.

The Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI) is a beneficial tool for understanding motivation. Motivation is a valuable element to work with and comprehension of this allows us a key into the team dynamic, rewarding environments, overdone strengths and behaviour traits. In terms of developing our style to suit certain situations, the SDI® moves us to a position where we can, through an understanding of different motivations, borrow certain behaviours and hone our style to individual advantage and that of our team. Once the team functions efficiently our energy can be expended elsewhere as opposed to struggling to understand the very people who are vital to leveraging the business...

The SDI® also illustrates the stresses within the team dynamic when we are faced with conflict or opposition. The importance of assessing this often misunderstood angle of motivation is that, in high performance teams, we should be in tune with our colleagues: what is forcing them into conflict; can the team help in that situation; and what can we do to quell the misguided perceptions that lead to prejudice in the workplace?

Many corporate teams come unstuck through unnecessary and unresolved internal conflicts. Through the SDI® workshops we can help individuals understand and appreciate the rationale behind these  conflicts   and  illustrate how best to deal with this challenge. We can identify these potential conflict areas and assist in putting plans, strategies and feedback mechanisms in place in order the conflict does not escalate to a position where it has detrimental impact on team and individual performance.
We live in an increasingly competitive environment where only the best teams win. The cost of losing is incalculable.

Individual performance

People so often need help to improve the lot for themselves and their subordinates. Incite™ has developed excellent coaching models and our consultants are both qualified and practised in creating and delivering impressive coaching contacts in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. We employ a number of psychometric models to help in this work and use the internal systems where appropriate.

This is a growing aspect of Incite™ and has been very successful in recent years. We now have a number of impressive coaching assignments in operation across the globe.
