A year’s executive coaching assignment is made up of 8 sessions spread evenly across the time span with conference calls or other agreed interventions. The sessions are very much ‘sleeves rolled up’, dynamic and challenging – they are the corporate equivalent of a sauna; hot and tough at the time but ultimately refreshing.

Our coaching programmes are designed for executives who meet three criteria:
The relationship between the coach and the coachee is founded upon absolute trust and one where politics and other internal life-sapping viruses cannot penetrate. We are known and recognised for our ‘tough edge’, but we ‘get to the parts where other executive coaches cannot get’. We are extremely proud of our success here and the models we apply. For the coachee this is a commitment in time and for the organisation a financial investment. We therefore, have to maximise both. If the coach, as well as the coachee, isn’t tired at the end of a session then he or she hasn’t done a proper job. There are 2 people in the sauna. |
