The three day course is administered from our land based training office and operated on-board modern canal boats. The course is structured to mirror cross-functional relationships. It is the effectiveness of these relationships which drives success – both on the course and in the workplace.

Business Challenge
Team Development without a purpose is a wasteful and futile exercise. At Incite® Teams we believe the Business Challenge to be both vital and central to the course.
Teams should be built around something which is at the core of their very existence. We therefore require teams to arrive at the course with an agreed Business Challenge which is a live situation to which the company requires a solution. At the end of the course a solution to this, for which all participants are mutually accountable, is the prime output. The Action Plan is owned by all attendees to implement back in the workplace.
