Executive Coaching
Incite® Executive Coaching sessions are very much ‘sleeves rolled up’, dynamic and challenging – they are the corporate equivalent of a sauna; hot and tough at the time but ultimately refreshing. We are extremely proud of our success here and the models we apply. For the coachee this is a commitment in time and for the organisation a financial investment. We must maximise both. If the coach, as well as the coachee, isn’t tired at the end of an Executive Coaching session then he or she hasn’t done a proper job. There are 2 people in the sauna.
